Opening Hours: Please take a look at the Opening Hours page. I will give the address when booking you in.
Repairs: If you are requesting a repair service, please use the Attachments section to upload any useful photos of the damage so that I can advise on the level of service required. Final agreement on service will be done face to face during drop off.
Once the service is complete: I will email, message or call you to let you know the service is complete. I will request payment prior to collection and include the online payment details. We can then agree a time for collection (generally during the Opening Hours but at other times by exception and always by prior agreement).
Snowboards: Please remove snowboard bindings prior to dropping off with me as they can get in the way of servicing (it's also better for your board to store it that way as it releases the tension your board is under - this can cause distortion of the board).
Bags / etc: Please do not plan to leave ski or snowboard bags or other items with me (except by prior arrangement). It is purely a question of storage space.
Surprises: Please let me know at the time of booking how many sets of kit you would like serviced. While I love the extra business of suddenly getting more skis/boards in, it does affect my capacity planning!
Check your junk folder: Please remember to check your Junk Folder of your email for messages from me. This is as relevant at first contact as well as when I am sending payment details and notice that the service has been completed.
