Minor base repairs using a professional skiing-specific soldering iron and black base repair material. If, on inspection prior to servicing, there are a significant number of minor base repairs required, JC10 Ski Tuning will advise you to go for a "Pro Tune".
The Pro Tune involves everything from the Standard and Advanced Tunes above, but where the base has a significant number of blemishes requiring attention. Where the damage is particularly deep or along the base edges, a premium repair material, 'metalgrip', is used.
You are free to drop off and then collect your skis/snowboards from JC10 Ski Tuning yourself, sometimes life is busy so I have two collection and return services available from the areas and postcodes listed on the Home page. When booking, please let me know if you would like the Collection and Return service. I will liaise with you to find a mutually convenient time to collect and then return your skis/snowboard. It will be outside of my Opening Hours.
Collection and Return service from a single address* (applies only to postcodes listed on the Home).
A single collection or return service to an agreed address (applies only to postcodes listed on the Home page).
If you need your skis/snowboard servicing and returned in under 7 days from collection, a surcharge of £10 will be applicable** because I will need to bump you up to the top of the servicing queue.
(**Only if the workshop is at capacity, and I will always aim to avoid applying this surcharge).
